The prompts I used for my resumes are marketing and management. I chose these two prompts because my major is business and I feel like AI can write a very good and professional resume that would impress business owners who are looking for an intern. I work in the restaurant business so management and marketing play a huge role in my job. What changed between the resumes was how everything was reworded. The management resume focuses more on my leadership and my ability to work with other people well. The marketing resume focuses more on how well I can sell things, strong problem-solving skills, and strong communication. Both resumes make me sound like a good and valuable worker in both fields, which is what I need when I pursue my career.
What I learned about prompt engineering is how AI can make something sound so much better and how it is a valuable tool to have when trying to do something like in this case, write a good resume that would impress people. Doing this can help capture the attention of business leaders looking for strong interns with experience and integrity.
